You can suspend your subscription at any time from your personal space on our website in the tab ""Cuure"", by clicking on ""Suspend subscription"" or via the free Cuure application in the tab ""Account"".
In the same way, you will be able to reactivate your subscription in one click, when ever you wish.

1 - In the tab ""Account"", click on ""

2 - Then click on ""Suspend subscription"".
3 - You can select the reason for your suspension. These feedbacks are precious to us to improve the Cuure Experience.
4 - Depending on the reason you have chosen, we will propose a solution. If this one does not suit you, you will be able to click again on ""Suspend subscription"".
5- Your subscription will then be suspended until you reactivate it, and you can do so in the same place by clicking on """" then "plan my next Cuure".
