There are 2 possible cases depending on the status of your order:
Case 1: It is a future order within the framework of the subscription
Don't worry, Cuure is a 100% flexible subscription service with no commitment. It is therefore possible to suspend your subscription from the website or the Cuure application. Thus, no new order will be recorded for you until you have reactivated your subscription.

Case 2: It is an order already registered
If the order is already registered but not yet prepared then you have 1 hour to cancel it from your personal space on our website or the application by clicking on ""Cancel my order"".
After this time, we invite you to contact us at the following address: support@cuure.com so that we can check for you if it is still possible to cancel the order.
Please note that it is not possible to cancel an order that has already been prepared, as each order is personalized and made to order for you.
