We recommend taking all your supplements with a glass of water during your first meal of the day, be it breakfast or lunch.
Why during a meal?
1. Enhances nutrient absorption
2. Helps prevent digestive issues
Why during the first meal?
Some supplements are energizing and might disrupt sleep: Rhodiola, Guarana, Ginseng, or Energy Concentrate.
Certain supplements should be taken at specific times:
1. Before a meal
-Ideally on an empty stomach: Probiotics and L-Glutamine
with a glass of water (avoid hot or acidic beverages). Why? They're sensitive to heat and digestive juices, which can reduce their effectiveness.
-5 to 10 minutes before: White Mulberry
Why? To be effective, it needs to bind to the digestive enzymes breaking down sugars before meals.
After your workout
2. After your workout: Plant Proteins
-30 minutes after your workout: Vegetable Protein
Why? contributes to muscle recovery and protein synthesis.
3. Preferably in the evening (depending on your sensitivity)
L-Tryptophan and Griffonia
If taking L-Tryptophan or Griffonia makes you drowsy, you can take them later in the day, starting from 5 PM.
4. When you feel the need
Liquid Concentrates
These are meant to be taken as needed. However, there's no risk if you take them daily within the recommended daily dose on the bottle.
